Assalamoalaikum

I feel fortunate and blessed to have experienced the company of pious people since my childhood. Hazrat Maulana Shah Abdul Ghani Pholpori Sb RA who was a learned alim and a devoted dicsiple of Hazrat Maulana Ashraf Ali Thanvi Sb RA used to say that the greatest gift from Allah SWT after Imaan is the company of His pious people.

I first met my mentor and shaikh Hazrat Maulana Hakim Muhammad Akhtar Sb RA in the year 1986 when he delivered a lecture on piety and Allah’s love towards repenting sinners at our local mosque. I vividly remember that luckiest evening of my life.

Since my college days I got the chance to enlighten myself from the teachings of my mentor that changed the course of my life.

مجھے  سہل ہو گئیں منزلیں کہ ہوا کے رخ بھی بدل گئے

تیرا  ہاتھ ھاتھ  سے آ لگا  تو  چراغ  راہ  کے  جل  گئے

After the demise of Hazrat Maulana Hakim Muhammad Akhtar Sb, I chose to take guidance from Shaikh ul Hadith Hazrat Maulana Jalil Ahmed Sb who is one of the imminent disciples of my shaikh.

The reason for creating this blog is to share the teachings and tips to attaining the love of Allah SWT that I learnt from these pious souls over time so that it become beneficial and a source of enlightenment for our viewers.

The word saadiqoon صادقون has been inspired from a verse of Surah Tauba and selected to be the title of the blog which means righteous or pious.

يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اتَّقُوا اللَّهَ وَكُونُوا مَعَ الصَّادِقِينَ (119) توبہ

This summarizes the theme of the blog.

May Allah guide us all towards His love and help us find the company of the pious souls, whom Allah swt loves.
